Fanart: Please provide details on poses, emotions, and any specific requests. Reference images are highly appreciated for accuracy.
Original Characters: Share your character’s age, characteristics, emotions, and desired pose. References are helpful for a better result.
Timeline: Commissions typically take 2 weeks to 2 months to complete. Currently, I can't accommodate rush orders.
Cancellations: Either of us can cancel the commission if the rough sketch isn't completed yet, but once the sketch is completed, there won't be cancellations.
No Background Option: The default color is white, but you can atleast request (this is free) to change colors or add shapes as long as it's not too complicated.
Social Media: Please be aware that the artwork will be automatically added in my portfolio, as well as when I post it in my social medias. But you can ask me to delay it to post if that's what you prefer. The artwork will have a commission watermark if I'm going to post it.

Payment Methods (For non-vgen clients): You can pay via PayPal, Ko-fi, or Gcash (for clients in the Philippines).
Payment Plan: To get started, please pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit. The remaining amount will be due once the artwork is completed.
Refund Policy: While I don't offer full refunds for finished artworks, I can only offer full refund if in case I didn't finished it within the deadline.
Finish: After finishing the artwork, I'll send you a preview with a watermark. Once the final payment is complete, I'll send you the high-resolution file without watermarks.

Initial Payment: Once you’ve sent the 50% upfront payment, I’ll get started on your sketch based on our discussion.
Sketch Review: I’ll send you the rough sketch once it’s ready. You can request up to 3 revisions at this stage, so please provide detailed feedback to help us get it just right. The whole process typically takes between 2 weeks and 2 months, depending on complexity and current workload.
Progress Updates: After you approve the sketch, I’ll work on the final drawing and send progress updates to ensure everything is going smoothly.
Final Preview: When the art is complete, I’ll send you a preview. You can request up to 2 minor color revisions. If more changes are needed, there may be an additional charge.
Finish: After you send the final payment, I will send the full resolution file without watermarks.
